"David has proved to be a great teacher. He is very patient, really knows his stuff, and knows how to encourage and inspire his students. Under David's instruction, Benjamin advanced quickly and we were soon hearing beautiful music filling our home. Ben won the Texas State Championship in 2007 after 2 1/2 years' instruction."

Diana in Justin, Texas

"It is not easy to begin music lessons as an adult. David is both a gifted musician and an excellent teacher. He is patient and knows how to explain things clearly. My 6th grade daughter also took lessons with me, and we were both sad when David moved away and we could no longer take lessons from him!"

Diane in Trophy Club, Texas

"I can't say enough how much I enjoyed having David and his friends play for our wedding. David is a very talented musician. I had the privilege of listening to him play with the Dallas Children's Choir and at the Winfield National Bluegrass Festival in Kansas. David exemplifies what it means 'to have fun and use your talent for the Lord'".

Bobby, Cleburne, TX

"David's extraordinary musical talent and his kind hearted, gentle spirit make him a one-of-a-kind teacher. We would choose David's instruction over any seasoned professional, hands down".

Eric and Kelly, Baltimore, MD

"We have enjoyed learning to play the hammered dulcimer with David. He is not only a talented musician, but well educated in music and the instrument. He works great with all ages, as he has given lessons to my six year old and to me, a 37 year old mother! He truly loves music and has a desire to train all levels of musicians."

Una, Fort Worth, TX

"Our highly active and very distractible 8 year old began lessons with David a year ago, and that first week he was actually glad to practice. It's a very easy instrument to love. Our son has made much improvement and is developing an ear for music. David is a patient and encouraging teacher and has added in just enough theory to help learn the discipline of music while still allowing it to be an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend David!"
